why all the messages abaout 3ds max 7 have been deleting???

1.CGTalk has a policy of not encouraging the spread of unsubstantiated rumors. There was no article to back up the messages so it was probably deleted for that reason.

2. Try to stay on-topic. There are other places to ask such questions. Now if you'll excuse me. I have to book a flight to Los Angeles for the second week in August. :)

I just finished booking my flight to LA, and this trailer made me feel that much better about the money I just spent. Can't wait for August!

Are you going as a student volunteer?

I wonder when Siggraph is not going to be in LA again. I hate having to fly 6 hours to go to a city I hate.

The last time I went to siggraph was when it was in Orlando....but I would like to see it in New York sometime.

Trailer is pure evil, makes me wish I could b there
Can anyone tell me anything about the asian kid and train animation at the start and finish of the trailer? it looks like a student's work I saw starting in sydney a few years ago

I'm looking forward to being there, although I am *very* against one of the rules: no one under 16 is allowed in the exhibition. Something tells me they'll be more leniant than they make it seem. Well, at least I don't have to travel that far to get turned away.

I haven't heard of this restriction at any other shows...

new york? psshhh! lol

I've been thinking of flying out to L.A. for siggraph this year. This would be my first time attending siggraph.

I would like to experience the whole thing, especially the job fair but i may be not be able to:)

Can someone tell me if i register does this include everything at siggraph including the job fair?

And what about the conference select. What's this all about? Can i chose which things i would like to attend? Like a few exhibits and the job fair...
