tornado F3 for contest. done with max.rendered with scanline renderer. first one is what exactelly rendered in max for good viewing the model. for second one i add some blures in photoshop. everything is welcome.

Looks pretty good. I like the composition. The motion blur prevents me from commenting on the quality of the modelling, though.

Aircraft seem to be good, perhaps a little high reflective.

You need more reference before starting.

(1) Missiles are wrong. Sky Flash middle range Air to Air Missile does not look like that.

(2) Aim-9 short range missile does not look like that.

(3) The proportion of the plane look a bit off. Wings are a little small. The forward portion of the fuselage is too short. In fact, it looks more like a IDS (land attack) verson than an ADV (intercepter).

(4) The plane is too reflective. Military fighting machines cannot be shiny. This is a life and death issue.

hmm, I'm not really into the tech stuff, as long as it looks cool, it's perfectly fine with me. However:

- don't add blur with photoshop unless you do it good. The background is just as much blurred as the plane now, which looks weird

-lighting is off. yours seems hard yellow/white, where a sundown usually is very soft yellow/almost orange.

for the rest it's okay :thumbsup:

but most problems that you said i think is wrong :shrug: , this type of problems can not exist. every thing is from exact refrences and blueprints. the equality must be right. all missiles are from refrence everything in its position. reflection is low even. in pics that i have in different situations the reflection is 2 times more than this. anyway some more views for model.
sun light color from clouds looks white/yellow i think. for skylight i used the bachground.

I think itīs a great image! Details on the cockpit and wheels are amazing :) And the lighting is as it should be: color of light is right and reflections are very realistic to me

i dont want talk more about accuracy yourself know:banghead: , but for me accuracy is ok, as i said its from blueprints and almost 50 refrences.

as for the first renders. it looks way too plastic. specular is wrong.

thanks. definately ideas are different. about missiles the specular really is like refrences but about body mabyyyyy your right. but it looks like a good metal to me:shrug:.
