Hi everyone, I just finished the 3D program at Vancouver Film School. Here's my finished (except sound design) animation reel. Serious critiques are welcome and encouraged. Here's a couple shots from the film.

Hope you enjoy it!
I've uploaded a recomressed version of the reel so its 4MB instead of the bloated 50MB. Same link as before:http://www.vfs.com/~3d45chris/ChrisDownsAnimationReel.mov

Awesome reel!! Although I'm apalled by the father's poor parenting skills, leaving that kid all alone. There's no excuse for that!
I hope to see you in the industry (possibly we can work on Barbie together, yay!), and wish you all the best with the jobhunting!
Too legit to quit,

Stellar animation reel! Bleh watching the animations students that are grading after me just makes me hate my own reel more and more. But Congrats Chris on a sweet solid and polished reel!

An awesome project there Chris. The extra work you put into the "look" has really paid off. Congratulations!

Good day kind sir. My apologies for not replying sooner. I was unable to locate the thread but finally after a lot of hunting i have found it! It's indeed a very wonderful piece and you have done a good job with the lighting too. The end makes me laugh all the time! Happy job hunting to you.

I can tell you put a lot of effort into the mood and the look of the whole reel.
So where is the rest of your reels?
