Hello, working on a game model based on my original concept character. The art was done 2 years ago but I finally decided to make a 3d rendition of it

not bad dude, i think the textures could use some work. but i have to say the hair texture looks great.

Please show the wire too. So Ppls can help you a bit more with optimisation and polyflow.
On the side of the torso and around the breast you have changed the look of the pattern... i liked it very much on your 2d pic. You should fix that :)
There seems to be a problem where the shoulder and the breasts are connected... it looks a bit strange... i cant say if it is the texture or the polys...
I like the hairs too!

the model is pretty damn cool. i agree with leesalo though. there's some areas on the texture that i think need some touch ups.
the wrinkles of his clothes seem too sharp. it almost looks like he's wrapped in saran-wrap or something if that makes any sense. i'd maybe blur or dull them a bit so they don't look as stark. that & something about the texture of the pecs look weird to me. there's no tops to them so it lacks definition & it almost looks like a female's bust.
there's also some areas where there's some stretching. like his sides for instance. they sort of 'spike' up over the hip funny while the concept sketch is straight on.
and i don't know if it's intentional or not, but he's got those shadow areas under his eyes. it makes him look a bit older than the pic.

I agree with what's been said. Good job on the hair. the rest of the texture is not bad but definately needs a bit of work. My eye was immediately drawn to the fore-arm. There's some shadowing on the fore-arm at the front side that makes it look like the bone is about to split through the skin. That could do with toning down. The folds at his crotch area also look too pronounced and could do with a bit of work.
Also, it's hard to properly comment without seeing the mesh, but maybe the silouette could be slightly more shapely and have slightly fewer sharp edges. 3433 polys should allow for that, but as I say, difficult to comment without seeing the mesh.
But it's definately looking good, just a few tweaks and a little texture work should really bring it together.

Ravis nice work.
Just add a meshsmooth and do a little bit more texture work and your pic will rock.

I don't want to add meshsmooth on it cause that would up the polycount quite alot. I'm trying to keep it optimally minimal since it's for games
