Here is a weapon I've created for a Hi-Res opening sequence in a futuritistic war game called C3. http://www.tresanimations.com/3d_images/Tres_c3weapon3big.jpg It needs a little more work in regards to texturing but so far I think its come out okay.http://www.tres3d.com (http://www.tres3d.com/index.html)

Nice!!! This reminds me of a gun I did a couple years back based on an Illustration in a book called "The Art of Judge Dredd". That was done in 1997 on a P166 and a mighty Matrox Millenium II on LightWave 4.0.
I was never very good at texturing though...

I wish I had the opportunity to build something that intricate for the game!

very nice. couple things though.
Gun: looks good, seems to have some parts that are not understandable.....basically there function when useing the gun. maybe more shots of the model itself will explain this. very nice model however.
Model:Looks good as well, i think it needs a bit more shading and detail to the face. Shading would be nice on the uniform as well, really bring out the texture work you have in it.
Animation: Needs work in my opinion. not sure if a "robot like" movement is what your trying to achive, but even so, his pauses between steps make him look like his is floating, and he steps way to high.
Overall, great models and great work man. i hope my comments help.

The Animation is running at 24fps so it is much slower that you would expect- just wanted to show the animation- Its part of a much bigger Hi-Res scene- Hes actually walking on rough terrain so until I comp it in it won't be as clean in appearance.
Thanks for the suggestions.
