Here she comes :) Luvely deathstrike

She kicks in at 3078 polys so lil optimizing is needed.
Still tweaking her here and there, like the boobies n head.
I dont want her to be exactly like the real deal,
so I'm trying to get away with anime proportions.. n stuff :P
Tell me what ya think.

OH wow! She's looking very good! You're quite a much better modeler than myself sir, keep up the pace! Continue to amaze! Excellent proportions almost totally! Perhaps her feet are a tad blunt however, like a child foot on a grown woman. At first glance the head looks quite accurate as well, commendable!!!

It looks really kool. keep up the good work. what program are you using to create this. You could use a meshsmooth to give it a rounder look and feel.

nice, I like how it's shaping up. Maybe you'd consider "squishing" her breasts just a little flatter. In the photo, she's wearing a fairly tight jacket-shirt that doesnt loosely conform to her breasts as easily.

hey.. what a way to start off the competiton! Good work so far!

I'm in agreement about the breast size. They're not so big on Kelly Hu, so you'll have to tone them down a little even if they're goning for Anime-type. If you were doing the Comic book version of Lady DS, you'd have the right breast size.

Eyes : they have a little more slant on them. Look her up on - there's some pics from the Scorpion king where the face is enlarged enough to get some sort of refernece.

Ponytail - looks good, but I'd sharpen the tip a bit. Or Alpha out the tip portion so the hair strainds see thru.

Head might be a little wide too. I dunno, from the closeups, you could probably scale it down along the X-axis or up the Y-axis and it'd look more human.

Still mixin colors n adding strokes.

Crits really help me develop this model and texture

I did tweak the model's breasts, feet and head.
You'll see so later on :)

The eyes appear to be a little too far apart in addition to what other people have said. Good start on the competition, the model's lookin really nice.

I'd play with the face texture a little more.. It looks really washed out and dull at the moment - I reckon you could do with fiddling with the contrast and brightness a little bit! Model looks superb, nice work! :D

max0l: wow excellent choice and I'm surprised at the models swell adaptation to the actual character in x2, and your texturing looks like it will be as great @s the modelling, I only have one crit :argh: though, out of all the authenticity in the adaptation... THE CHICKS BOOOBS!, I mean the models boobs are to big for the actual Asian women in the movie and kind of takes away from the natural beauty in her figure, I don't know if anyone else noticed that. could just be me too. :shrug:

i agree with hanzo, firm boobs are good but they should not be exaggerated, especialy not on a classy model like this.

on overal it looks very good though, nice work! good luck with he texture.
