This is my first time posting. I'm new to CG. Just started for one semester. I'm modeling an old hall way and texturing it at the same time. I have some problem with the pipes. Can I have some suggestions on:
1) how to textures the pipes, cables and the ceiling
2) should I add more?

PS: How do you render in wireframe mode without having to take a screenshot of your computer?

Can we get a render please??
Oh, and don't use wire-frame renders, those look like crap. Screen shots work better for wire shots. But to answer the question, in 3ds max there is a check-box for "Force Wireframe" and you have to set the wire thickness. I'm not sure how you do it for other applications though.

Sorry, I don't know why the renders aren't showing up. Here are some renders I did recently. (Hope this works)
btw, I'm using Maya 5 to do this.
