Both are very good in my opinion.

Try making it seem like the shovel is a little heavy and hard to move through the sugar. It seems that its way to easy for him.

I don't like what he does with his arms while he is preparing to run. Just try something else is all I can suggest.

Hey Bish,

Not bad, but some things bothered me.

Morning coffee:

The shovel has some pops when it is in the salt pile. It seems to float there a good bit, too. I'd like to see the shovel and arms/shoulders overlap a good bit more as well, it seems like they are moving at the same pace as the body.

Poll trouble:

Nice buildup in the run, but he's way off balance when he leans down in the beginning. Try pulling him backwards during that phase to compensate for his leaning forwards.

Getting there, keep it up.

Thanks Pose to Pose... I will take a look at it tomorrow and repost.

perfectly agree with thebigxer and Greg, your shovel needs to stick in there and not float so much. As for the runner, you need to give him some more obvious anticipation, I like thebigxer's idea. Otherwize nice and smooth animation. Good job.
