View Full Version : creating distant horizon

I'm working on an animtion now with some airplanes and the final output only has to be playblasts and i'm trying to figure out a way to get a distant horizontal horizon line in my scene. I've tried taking a nurbs sphere and plane to create the sky and ground, but that doesn't seem to give me a horizontal horizon, it always has a curve to it. anyone know of a quick way to set this up??

Why not just use a sky/land background texture? Slightly blur it to simulate haze/depth of field/ect..
