Well, it's very simple....
Apply a phong material to the object,
Open the Render Tree,
Disconnect the Phong node from the inputs of the Material node,
Get a second Phong node (Nodes > Illumination > Phong),
Get a Front_Back node (Nodes > Switch > Front/Back),
Connect each Phong nodes in the inputs of the Front_Back,
Connect the Front_Back in the Surface, Shadow and Photon inputs of the Materials.
Don't forget to tweack the refraction index only the front phong node.
