Looks good. I would say work on the following:
- The left hand side suffers from either faux depth of field (which wouldn't exist at this scale) or low res texture maps. Either way, it should be as sharp as the rest of the image.
- The tower in the center seems plopped onto the building below it. They seem like two completely seperate pieces of architecture with no relation to each other in a design sense. Do these buildings exist already?
- The glass is a bit too reflective
- Everything is too clean. Cleanliness is *not* next to godliness in the 3d world :)

These structures are part of an animation. We are building the city bit by bit and will eventually pick the best looking buildings to receive more texture work, like the dirt you mention. Some textures are lower rez than other as I am doing a variety from lowrez background to mid/hi rez for the action centers. Right now they are a bit mixed together until we choose the ones we want in the hirez areas and place them approriately.
I was pretty happy with how things looked but your comments made me look again more objectively...
PS: not sure what you mean by "do these buildings exist already?"
