1. The collar bones shouldn't be angled that sharp. Maybe if he raised his arms over his head it would be ok.
2. The crease between the deltoid, and pecs should be closer to the pecs
3. The tape that boxers tie around their hands and wrists are usually a lot thinner than this.
4. The belt in the back shouldn't dip down in the center.
I like the way you cut the UV coordinates.

haha cool i like him. he reminds me of someone you would see in the game Kingpin Life of crime if your remember that game.

with a shirt that tight you might want to add some detail to the Scapulas. really you could do it with adding a triangle to the interior and bottom of the scapulas.
also the map looks like you painted the sternomastoids but I don't see them in the render. you might want to pull an edge out to add some detail to them.
the clavicles are way to angled and steep. if you want to remember what a clavicle bone looks like remember the italic lowercase letter f.
