You have some basic proportion issues going on here. I think the pecs would be much larger than what they are in comparison to the rest of his muscle build. The thighs seem really thick which carries down to the calfs as well which seem to be overly fat. The hands are very large as well.

It's cool, now just extract that surface information and make a displacement map for a 3000 poly character and you'll be set.
