Her's my thread Starter. I've been in Hard drive hell for 3 days and now have to work on the backup machine....I don't know if I'll get finished on time but I'll give it a go.

While the computer was down I had time to draw so I also did this beast......Which one to do? Hummm?

07 July 2002, 06:00 PM
I like the first one sleepless. It has alot more detail and I like the fact that its hexapedal

can't wait to see it colored

Not to sound too demanding, but do them both!
The first one's great, I love the attitude in his swagger. I also really like the angles in the legs of the second. I think his head needs a little work though. Maybe more of a profile?
Good to see you're in on this one too. I have to get my ass in gear.
Keep us posted!

I completely missed this one... Shame on me :shame:
First one has more originality. But I agree with Puddlefish... Howabout both :D

07 July 2002, 10:21 PM
Hhhhmmmm... I don't know. Both would be nice. But if you can only get one done I'd go for the 1st. Lookin good!

07 July 2002, 10:27 PM
On that I agree. First one has the most originality.

Looking great Sleepless. No crits yet!
I'd love a chance to colour something like this. Maybe after the challenge we could exchange concept pieces for each other to paint? Could be an interesting experiment.

Looks Great so Far

Worked a little more, but that guitar on the sofa is calling me. Besides I need to think about where this is going to go. Suggestions? Decided on a nomadic, desert theme, in some other place, some other time. Helpful tips always welcome here.

Thanks. oh yes this is temporarily cropped

Puddlefish: I'll save the early phases of my work, and we will do that trade-out sometime.

07 July 2002, 09:21 PM
I'll do you a deal, Sleepless.
You promise to finish this, and I'll promise to finish mine.

Very nice work!! I'm impressed.

Plodding along. The woman in in the wagon reminds me of some of the Amish women riding in the buggies around here. Yes, it's a very rural area. I love broadband:)

Just realized after having looked at this amazing design once again, that I haven't made any comment. I guess you got me speachless on this one. I am very impressed with your entries in the challenges (and anything else you post for that matter).

I loved the color job you did on art7sayan's image. This BoB is just ... wow! Words fail to describe how nice your images turn out. I'm saving this one to desktop also.
