Hello All,

I know i have been asking alot of questions here but please bare with me. I am going to teach a class on blender3d over the summer and i am trying to get up to speed as fast as I can.

Here is my queation: Can blender3d display a avi video in the back ground. If i change frames from frame 1 to 25 can I see the video change for that frame with out rendering the frame to see it. So the studend could trace the motion to animate.

Does anyone have a tutorial on this anywhere.

Thank you

Yes it can. You can make a plane and texture it with either a avi or with individually numbered textures.
