Ravi Govind Kamble has entered the Machineflesh 2D Challenge.
Hi to everyone!! I want to show off some of my little experience in Digital art, just to begin to follow a tough way to someday become a fabolous artist like most of you!!!
I've been observing many works through the forums, and I hardly find a different topic from war, chaos, and destruction. I wanted to do another thing, completely original, but my capacity is too low and I'm very ignorant. Spending almost a month for a good theme, I didn't know what to do. So definetely I tried to do something related to war.
This is an arab soldier (hope this won't happen never, is just imagination!!) that could probably be the next Bin Laden. I know many things are terribily bad done (the sketching, the proportions of the body and the weapon, the drawing style...) but I thought that it was just a sketch and I wanted as many critics as possible for the idea.
So, what do u think? Thanks for all and pls be honest
I also did this american soldier prototype. I still don't like much the idea of doing another war related sketch but well I guess now it's the only option I've got.
I know the drawing is bad, but I just wanted to try.
Please be honest and tell me what do you think about the idea ;)

It's interesting to develop an idea very close to the actual world !
I think it can make people think a little bit :)
The drawings are not that bad man ! and you have some nice ideas for the designs of the weapons

When the world is looking for peace, i don't think its a good idea to bring up war mentallity again here too. But if ur concept helps in a positive idea then i think you proceed with. But have to be bit careful in political critisism of personalities.
Oh I see no replies!!! I supose my idea was not good enough!!jaja, well I didn't like it neither so I've come up with this new piece. It was obvious, but anyway I'll try hard and keep doing my work, at least to improve my skills.
Lately I heard about using human neurons as memory processors for a PC. What a great idea!! I thought that probably the future Computer use would be something like a special cable connected directly to our brains for a better speed performance thanks to human neurons!!
Pls I need critics or replies!!! Please!!! Any comment is welcomed, even the worst insults that can be said!!!
Thank you for your attention!!!
WOW!! Sorry for not seeing your replies guys (bonestudio & Rameez); I just got in hurry to submit my new idea and the last time I checked the thread there were no replies. But anyway I apologize and once again thank you for yr support. Shall I proceed with the idea? Don't know, maybe as you said would be a bad factor for people. But well I'll consider a possible continuation.
Here I post a better sketch of the idea of "Neuro processing memory" or whatever. I tried to make it as accurate as possible, but unfortunately my drawing is not good enough (thanks for your consideration bonestudio I really appreciate it!!!)
Well, what do u think? should I proceed with this one or continue the soldiers idea?
Thanks to everybody!!

I see a WHOLE lot of the warrior/soldier thing going on. I would personally keep away from that. The nuero transmitter....only saw a few of those. Give it an interesting aspect and it will probably be good to go.
Lil crit....work a little on body anatomy.....so sketch from life and references...it should help you alot.

it is nice t find a indian entry
Thanks for the critics, highwayjack. You re absolutely right about the anatomy, In fact it has been my constant mistake in every drawing (also the perspective drawing is a very important thing that I'm used to do wrong!!!). I'm thinking about proceeding with my Neuro processor idea just to vary. Maybe later I'll change my opinion.
Well anildawre, I'm almost hindi, but I was born in Spain and well at least I maintain some traditions and know to speak a bit of hindi ;)
Now I'm puting some color sketch to see how it goes. Can people help with the lightning?, because I find it difficult to make it really good. I want to make a dark room and at night, with an unique light source coming from the computer screen.
Hope everybody likes it...

I'd make some more scribbles before you go into details, the composition isn't that great atm, and you haven't thought about a background yet.
It might also be nice if we can see what the guy is communicating about, for example by showing us what's on screen.
Nice idea though and maybe we won't need wacoms or mouses anymore in the future ;)
Hi there!! Well, the last post wasn't the composition, just messing up everything and deserving to see a bit how it would be more or less the work, but nothing serious.
I'm fascinated with the brilliant artwork that's being shown all over the forum. I'm just having it very difficult because I'm a beginner in drawing and art stuff and also because I haven't got much ideas!!
Now I'm trying with this one, a puppeter who has changed his hands to make a better entertaining job. I'm thinking about making the hands a bit more simple because the design is not qute good, and also maybe I'll add him more arms. Don't know if this idea has been already taken or it's similar to other one. If so pls tell me!!
That's no mine!! That was a reference!! Sorryy
This one is my sketch
Sorry for the inconvenience!!!
SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE!!!
That wasn't my artwork!!! I found that reference on the internet!!! Mine is the last one with the mech hands!!! Hope nobody gets confused or angry at me!! I just made a mistake and attached the wrong file!!!
Sorry once again and if the author of that image is present pls forgive me!!!! It's my fault!!!

I'm doing a similar piece to this, a puppet on strings. But its all chillled. Go for it if you want. Il hold no grudges.
the link to my entry (ignore the first few pics, they are dodgy):
I agree with the hands being too complex. it may make life harder to colour it and so on.. keep up the good work
