Hi There

I Thought I would enter this competition I have looked at some of the other entries and I think there are some dam good concepts in there already.

Anyway I havenít got a full idea what my entry will be yet but my initial idea is:

In the distant future an enemy solder has been captured and is being kept alive by machines while all manner of medical experiments are being perform upon him. This will hopeful be a quite dark and moody piece a bit different than im used to creating.

Anyway I have rambled on enough good luck to all.

Sounds like a good concept, and doing something outside of your normal work is always a great challenge, should really bring some light to your art and concepts and give you something true. can't wait to see some concepts. Be well.:wavey:

Ok here is the first concept image.

This is just a blocking image showing the rough layout of the medical platform and equipment.

No real design work done yet but this give you a idea of the layout.

I will start posting sketches of the character and equipment soon.

Interesting !
The hands are flat; is it intentional ?

04-13-2004, 03:24 PM
The hands and most of the gemometry is just for placement at the moment and will be remodeled.

I like a lot the scene without materials.....
Sometimes materials hide a nice modeling....i think this is a good example of this kind of strange....because the materials are ok...........i like it......but hide the modeling anyway.Just an opinion!;)
