03 March 2004, 01:20 PM
hi all ^^
i m thinking of a "perfect assassin" with powerfull leg, hand, maybe her head and eyes will be modified as well all this in order to climb jump or anything else,
well it s just the beginning
i ll put design of all part and then assemble them for the final sketch i suppose ^^'
the first one is the hand ^^ i suppose it will be something like this :)
more coming soon ^^
03 March 2004, 01:37 PM
Looks interesting, looking forward to seeing the progression.
03 March 2004, 02:59 PM
hi again... hum things are going harder !! i see a lot of great pictures around here ....
well instead of a human looking like assassin i ve changed him into a scorpio-mixed killer ^^
don't know if it s a good idea :p
any idea ?
C&C are welcomed
03 March 2004, 10:17 PM
I like your sketch
I wonder, how are the enemies of scorpio! :bounce:
And the flesh, remember: no cyborgs like terminator (I read it somewhere...)
You are doing a great work, good luck, all we have three months! so, let all the ideas flow  (kidding)
p.d. forgive my poor english...
03 March 2004, 11:08 AM
Yo Nov@ !! koman ilé ??
arrèt fé linteressant ek out scorpion la mok !!
It looks very nice !!
Good Work gratel !!
Go on like that !! :buttrock:
I love this man !!
03 March 2004, 12:37 PM
Uhm i saw someone making a human enhanced for fighting with a similiar design:
Also a human with a mechanical lower-body, and I guess more people have made things like those so i think you need to go towards something humurous or try to give him something special or the concept might not be original enough :)
03 March 2004, 05:37 AM
thanks for all your comments ^^
even if it s not really original, here s an advance version of my sketch for my scorpio killer man.
a powerful killer with scoprio body to climb anywhere, 6 "feet" to run faster or to jump higher (yes i know a scorpio can t jump :p) and upgrade arms.. the things coming out of his head are like octopus "mechanical arms"
i don t think i will change my idea cause all this details(argh) makes me mad and i dont want to redo them :p
tell me about it guys ^^
good luck all
03 March 2004, 08:17 AM
hey i really like the amount of details , nice style ! keep the good work !
03 March 2004, 12:27 PM
Really like your last sketch, i like the details you put in it, even if it's hard to read the image cos of that...
Good luck!!! :)
03 March 2004, 08:01 PM
salut Nova, génial ton dessin, vraiment du bon boulot!
Bonne continuation pour la suite!
Heureusement que je ne suis pas en 2D
03 March 2004, 12:15 PM
Hello Nov@ !!
Oh god !!
there is a mega lot of details !!
are you well ?? :p
Don't hesitate to use atmospheric perpective to help the reading of your image. i think for the legs.
Very cool man !!
Go on like that !!
03 March 2004, 03:22 PM
Amazing level of detail
Keep on
03 March 2004, 06:35 PM
Never saw such a huge amount of details
03 March 2004, 07:25 PM
hi guys ^^
i m still on the scorpio killer
for the moment i m focussing on the main character but i wonder if i ll add a bg or other characterin the scene ^^
any ideas ?
C&C are always welcome
03 March 2004, 08:15 PM
Je kiffe trop Nov@ , c'est trop beau, j'adore le style et c'est trop détaillé
La suite, bonne chance ;)
03 March 2004, 08:19 PM
Hm... Im not sure if that kind level of details is really needed. The character is to complex and its hard to watch that kind of pic.. the eye goes up and down, all around, so the viewer doesnt see the whole picture and meaning of it.
03 March 2004, 09:35 PM
First off, wow:eek: That's a lot of detail :p
Anyway, if he's a killer, howabout adding a body? You could use some more organic, not so busy areas in your image. The machine parts are really intense right now and some contrasting elements might work well with that.
03 March 2004, 10:58 PM
Must be impressed by the level of detail. And there is a manga feel in the face of the character. You'll have a blast coloring this! Best of luck!
03 March 2004, 04:01 AM
thanks for all your comments i do really appreciate the feedback
@Bazal: merci bcp ;) vais essayer de pas rater la partie couleur ^^'
@NinjaAssn: for the details, sure there are lot of them. but i think i ll go easier while coloring some part just to make them less attracting for the eye ^^' don t know how i m going to do that yet but i ll try ^^ the sketch was an opportunuty to make a complex character , something i ve never done before ^_^
for the bg and other characters i ll go lighter on the details for sure
@Evil Gerbil: maybe the mechanical part takes too much place on the character  . perhaps i ll cover somes parts with flesh to contrast it , but i don t know where to put them yet ^^' .i ll think about it .but where can i add flesh on a scorpio body ?
@Avatar: thanks man
the manga inspiration is here for sure hihi
as i ve never take any drawing study, i ve learn by myself watching and reading mangas and comics. you can feel it in my draws-> not that bad but also not that good ^^'
thanks again and good luck for your challenge
03 March 2004, 05:11 AM
Atmospheric perspective, i said !!
03 March 2004, 12:23 PM
i m thinking of another stance for my pic. for the moment i dont know which one to choose but maybe i ll go on this one or mix the two....
tell me about it or maybe got a better stance ^^
C&C are still welcomed
03 March 2004, 04:25 PM
Great sense of detail!!!!
But I think there was more strenght in your second sketches which was very intense
04 April 2004, 02:10 PM
well here is the lineart for my killer.. maybe i ll add the girl killer in the bg, i m thinking about it ...
thanks for all C&C
more coming ^^
04 April 2004, 06:25 PM

06 June 2004, 07:52 PM
Well... Impressive work !
You did it very well with the coloring of your image ! :)
I really like the huge amount of detail and how you managed to handle it in such a restricted time.
You're a real Killer Nov@ !

06 June 2004, 08:13 AM
Je viens de voir tes images : j'adore, continue!:bounce:
Il te reste un peu de temps avant la fin du challenge : tu pourrais essayer une petite mise en scene peut etre? (décor)
Bonne chance et à+
06 June 2004, 09:00 AM
I enjoy the concept and the way you do it!
BUT: At first look I'm a bit confused about the shadow.
The layer shadow should be much more blured. ( progressively with distance :) ) . This way you'll give more contrast between the soft shadow and the hard shape.
06 June 2004, 07:18 PM
thanks for comments ^^
i dont have enough free time to make change for the challenge , what a shame
but i ll make them and post it for the 2d gallery if it s good enough ^^
thanks again ^^
06 June 2004, 09:29 PM
