View Full Version : New DF Forum!

If anyone was or wasn't aware of the email-based forum this is a head's up of the new on-line forum. With CGTalk & Pigs Fly as your forum resources you will really kick ass on your compo & editing projects!

We are moving the mail list to a power board format!

You will love it.

You will be able to post and download mpegs, avi and other goodies!

You can post a question and then indicate that you want an Email to tell
you when someone responds to your post!

You can even start your own survey!

I think you will all love it AND it will cut down on your inbound mail flow.

Just go to an click on Forums.

NOTE: You will have to register anew. You might want to use your real
name because your registration name will be the name used on all your posts.

1. Be sure to go to the "My Controls" area (top of screen) and set up
your profile. Try to upload YOUR photo NOT your dog or cat.

2. IMPORTANT: You need to open a forum then click on "subscribe" at the
bottom of the screen. Do this for EACH forum you wish to join.

I hope you all like it. It took lots of time to put it in place and I for
one love it.

See you there.

P.S. The mail list as you know it will be shut down on the last day of
this month.

Thanks StN, I always wanted to join Pigsfly but I've never really liked mailing lists.

nah ... just the fact that we both have cool names :) ..but no official releation. VFXTalk is purely a site for compositing ... if compositing is your thing, head on over and take a peek.

Cheers mate

Paul
