View Full Version : Connecting MR Shader with MEl

Yo, I would like to connect a custom menta ray shader to a shading group in Maya with mel. When I create the shading Group it does not show/give me the miMaterialShader attribute, when I load the node into the connection editor it is there though and I can connect them. Has anyone an idea how I can achieve this with MEL.
