I'm working on a schoolproject to make a 3d-game in Macromedia Director, therefor i need some real lowpoly game characters. This is the first one, the lead female character, actually my first ever lowpoly game model.

It now has 928 triangles, which i think is quite a lot for the detail i have, so that has to be reduced.
I'm not sure to keep the head like this or model a little facial detail due to the polyamount, it really has to be very low.

Please give me some comments and advices so i can improve the model.

here's a little update. Some more details and i gave it some colors how i kinda will texture it later.

you mean the final filesize of the project?? that's not a problem, but it has to be able to run at some older machines too, and the shockwave engine isn't that advanced as DX so it really has to be very low poly.
