View Full Version : Adding joints to smooth bind

So this maybe a question that has already been answered in a previous thread, but here goes. So I am trying to add some joints to a chracter that already has been skinned using smooth bind and weighted. Is there anyway to add a joint, re-bind the skin and still keep my previous weights relatively the same? Or do I have to start skinning and weighting all over from scatch if I truly need to add in more joints? Any help would be appreciated.
