hail again!!!
i post here some images of a character for the unreal game mod DOMAIN 2049 ( , you can see in the page concept art, models and screenshots of the project :)

the model here its finished in theory, only small things to be repaired or revised, has 3100 triangulated faces and two maps of 512x512 and 1024x1024, this models its for one of the 4 factions in game, you can see more info in the web site of the project...

the mod is for the nvidia/unreal contest :)

This is great work dedalo. I love the colours you've used in the renders of the USE officers. Good luck with the competition ;)

have you forgotten to smooth the edge joining the two character halves or is it in the texture or just me?

I wouldn't put it that way, but somethings wrong about the legs.

It might be partly due to the perspective of the render, but they seem to be too thin and too short.

I think the characters' necks may be too long, and I agree that something is up with the legs.

Very nice work! Excellent texturing - with a great use of color!

The neck does seem too long and I think you need to add some defenition to where the Calf (did I spell that right?) muscle should be, his legs look like cylinders below the knee.

I also see a texture error where it is mirrored (mainly in the middle of the chest and the nose). Looks like you need to paint just a tad more outside of the UV's where that black line is coming through (or move the UVs a little more inside the painted area). I hope that makes sense?

I love the design of the APC. Props to the concept designers and to you for bringing it to 3d.

I like the overall look of the models. I think the characters share the style. This would turn out a great mod. I do think the characters suffer from a bit of long neck syndrome, but somehow it fits with the style.

yeah i would like to back what supervlieg said, i would have not noticed but since he mentioned it whatch out for the neck area, looks like spagetti sauce scared

overall i would rate that around the best entries for the contest
