View Full Version : Binding methods for demo reel

here I am, rigid binding one of my characters, and a question hits me, what would employers rather see on a demo reel, smooth or rigid binding?? i know that most game engines right now use rigid binding, but newer games, like asheron's call 2 uses smooth binding. should i show my ability to do both, or would it be better to just smooth bind? what do you guys think? does it even really matter as long as the deformations are good?

Working with renderware for exmaple, you would use smoothbind.
