Hey man - looks cool, but I cant really see the detail because of the high-compression.

Adding dirt, grime and moss might be something to look at adding to your textures, as everything looks very 'new'

When going for realism I make it a rule never to use materials that aren't mixed of blended. Take a look around, nothing is without it's marks, dirt and other imperfections. If you have never used Mix or Blend materials before then take a look at at the user reference (I'm assuming your using 3ds max)

DrQuincy is right.

Look at your textures. They are very clean. Take them into Photoshop, and add dirt and Moss to them. Makes everything look much more real. Add cracks in the wood, and barnicles n stuff. Add scratches on the metal, and give it a little reflection, with a harsher specular highlight (u can add reflection and specular inside your 3d program).
