did this last weekend for a machinima movie project I'm working on.
we're planning on using the unreal engine, and detailling the characters and environnments pretty much with loads of cool effects :)
this is one of the main characters, Alexis, who turns into a demon further in the movie.
Head closeup :
*forgot to show the face in front view, to see assymetry :
total polycount is a little bit under 7300, with fully facial features. I already started uvmapping her, any help on the best way of texturing her is welcome of course.
C&C welcome as usual

Hey Vahl, the model looks really good. The legs are a bit short but other than that I like the proportions.

fixed the proportions :)
the neck : lol yah I played too much with smoothing groups there :p homefully this isn't anymore on the textured model :)
textured the face :)
hand drawn of course :)
the texture is 100% self illumination :)

looks really nice vahl. Texture definately improves the model. It looks a bit blurry in the screen grabs, maybe turn off blurring or check your filtering options. I like the beginning of the face, but right now its a bit too smooth. I too like my women soft and silky, but I think this is a bit too much. the line coming from nose to edge of mouth is almost always pretty prominent and the line comign from the corners of the eyes down at a 45 degree angle are normally pretty defined too. Looks killer man. good work! love the lips!

I'm back on it !! :)
I wish everyone there an happy new year of course :)
took some time to work more on alexis.
added more shadows and depth and of course HAIR !!!
the hair will havve a real time specular shader applied that's why they aren't shining, render is, as usual 100% self illumination, no shadows, etc, only texture
1 512*512 for the face, same for the whole hairdo.
next I'll contrast the ears a little bit more, add depth in the eyes, as it was suggested a lot :) and fix the seams
C&C welcome as usual.

Hey, taht's looking pretty good. I like the flow of the facial geometry, and she's looking mighty purty with the textures. One thing, though, were you thinking of Natalie Imbruglia when you textured/modelled it? ;)
Just noticed something. For the hands, you might want to take it easy on the between-the-finger skin flap things. Right now it looks almost like she's semi-aquatic. ;)
