Hi Alex :)

I would really like to comment on your artwork but at least on my screen its way too dark to say anything about it :(
try lighten it up so we can see more of the scenery.
Its really almost black over here

It's only been up an hour, give people time.

Looking at the piece, my first impresison is that its Very dark. distractingly so. I see what you are going for, but I had to look carefully too see the piece. Even the light pants which would draw my attention to the figure in the middle is very dim.

You might help your audience by upping the brightness just slightly.

I like the placement and overall look.

it looks too dark, I had to up the brightness of my monitor to 69% to view it, and only then I saw the stairs, I like it, it's a fine piece of work, but you need to lighten up the image quite a bit. On my normal monitor settings I just see a white spot in the middle of a black void (the pants).

Here are a new brighter render.

Hmmm..... Still dark. but getting better. I liked the potrait orientation better than the landscape orientation. IMHO.

much better, but it is still dark upstairs. I like it very much, good work.

I want it to be dark upstairs. Thanks for the comments.

you dont understand, thats the look he's going for. like when you're fealing down, you just want to curl up in a corner in the DARK and mope by yourself. i agree the first is too dark, and the second ones better, but i think if you tweak the lighting a bit, to get it just right, a balance between dark and light would really set this picture off.

nice work man, keep it up.
