Nice! I like it very much. Only one thing looks weird - shadows in windows... I think You should remove them from texture. But building is well done :) Could You show some wires?

The polycount might be ok depending on the engine - if it need small textures but the hardware can crunch polys then it would be fine.

The textures look like photo grabs for the most part, which is fine, but they are pretty inconsistent. The roof looks clean and crisp but the rest looks pretty fuzzy. Also the tiles are different sizes across each roof section which isn't great.

Still, it's a promising start :)

To illustrate what I mean about the poly count vs texture size (if you are interested!) I modelled a tower (on under Current Projects) which was deliberately higher poly but with small texture squares. The PS2 likes 64x64 textures if I remember right, but can still crunch polys so it would work quite well.
