I really like your bridges.

What are you planning for the water?

Looks good, good textures. And the bridge is really excellent too. What do you intend to use it for? I would like to see a first person view of it.

those textures are very nice, i especially like the bridges and water tower. only crit off the bat is the brick building (2nd post, 1st pic). the corner of the building doesn't look right the way the two sides' textures line up. also the tex on the main light brown building looks like a wood texture that is zoomed in really close.. i dont think it fits the setting. the rest is great.. especially the moldy walls near the water

I miss shadows? The buildings look fairly non-tiled as it is, good work on that, but I think some shadows would break that last bit of texture-monotony. Some harsh sunlight from whichever angle could add some atmosphere maybe..

Technically things looks good, I have nothing to add as far as that goes. Really I'm just spewing forth my opinions here :)

Please could you post up your texture pages for your buildings and bridges etc. I'm really interested to know how you are mapping/unwraping your models. They look really great. I'm trying to model an environment to, but don't know the best way to really map/unwrap a buildings etc. what software are you using to? would you have any tips for a max.5 user? thanks alot!

Hello All,
Sorry for replying so late..A bit busy due to my job..
Thanks a lot for posting your comments.

Matt: Nice to know you like the bridges..Hopefully the entire set will look like that too..

Razorwolf: For water..Still thinking..May be a transperancy map or something..with dirt..

This is for my demo..I hope I can get a break in the gaming industry with this baby....

I still have to light this one..I have used default lights only..once i am done texturing..I will start lighting..

Thats strange..
I think it may be because I have zoomed real far..
I will add a close up of the main building.

The texture maps are on my site..
Please go to
There I have detailed wireframes and tex maps of all objects..
I use photoshop for texturing..

Thanks a lot everyone.. I really appreciate your respones.
