I haven't watched offroad racing in awhile, but I thought they had "pre-Runner" bars on the front. Nice model BTW

Nice modeling work but the texturinglets it down, the main texture for the truck is based from a photo yes, but the lighting for the rest of the truck doesnt base this, and with the jagged AA that you have allready it makes it look very comped together.

Second there should be more dust fly all over the place esp around the back wheels with the speed that it is traveling at.. ad more and make it look even more dramatic!

The modeling for the main body is good

the tires look too smooth, you should model the treds on them, otherwise looking good!

Thanks for the comments, guess I should of posted in the WIP section :)

I've modeled the treads and worked out the motion blur, I hoped to post the update tonight but the particles are killing me :P , update coming soon.

I think you have made a very nice model, but your renders could be better. Then again, maybe you've overdone the Jpeg compression, since areas with lots of contrast (like the letters on the hood) show artifacts.

Then there are the tires, they look nice, but they don't fit in with the rest of the model. In your updated version they are better, but maybe you want to make them a little more detailed.
You might want to use a modeled profile, instead of a displacement map or a bumpmap. (I have no other example online, so here's a shiny version of my modeled tire

So, I'd suggest some work on the renderquality, and you might want to desaturate the final picture a bit, it tends to be less like a RC car when you ease up on the colours.

Keep it up, its a very nice model!
