For the motion blur if you spin a chrome ball do the reflections blur ? Or actually, if you spin a cube along one of its axis, does the side that stays flat reflections blur? This was a big reasonw hy I moved to Vray from Mental Ray as Vray has real 3d motion blur within reflections/refractions.

The videos make FR GPU look pretty good. I hope it turns out to be a good product when its done!
