View Full Version : Implementing Procedural Scratches

I've seen the beautiful scratches pattern included in Dark Tree and I wanted to include this 3d pattern (that's the beauty inside it: it's completely 3d...) into my own raytracer. Unfortunately I could not find any reference about the topic and I have no idea how to implement this. Can anybody point me to some resource about it? Thanks in advance.
