ok - I've got a question - does anyone knows a good tutorial about painting metal surfaces?

hm the model seems allright, but a flatshaded pic would be better. Arms seem a little thin but ... yeah I´m really to lazy to crit :)
Go to the Texturing&blabla forum here and you should find a great tut by cANT about metal.

ehm - flatshaded? I'm not sure if I understand what do you mean

The one in the right bottom corner is flatshaded without wire
the one in the right top corner is flatshaded with wire
the other 2 are smoothshaded

actually that render wasn't shaded at all. I've rendered it with material self illumination set to 100%

-.- I know ... thats why I said "flatshaded pic would be better"
-----> hint for you that you post a flatshaded pic so that you get some constructive crit on your model because you cant really crit it like that

It's been a while since my last post here. I'm still working on this model, face texture will be changed, and uniform will have to be tweaked and shaded... Currently I'm painting boots
