It's my new head model.
I'm a beginner on this but have tried my best.
Your advice is badly needed so that I can fix her better!

Hello billconan. May we see some images from the front and side ? Right now it is a little hard to tell what is 'off' with the model.
Right away, I can see that that the ears are looking very good. Most people have difficulty with ears, but you have modeled them very well.
Since this is a female ( right ?) have you considered making the lips fuller ? One feature that women seem to have over men is fuller lips
Have you considered making the nose slightly smaller from the side view ? Right now it is very long and 'pointy'.
I understand that this is a WIP, but the first thing that I saw that threw off the image was the white of her eyes. ( They are way too bright ) Personally, I would use an image map for the eyes.
Overall it is coming along very well. great job so far - especially those ears .

I have not textured the eye balls. They are just two bright substitutes.
Here I show you some picture from the front:
Thank you again!!

Overall, the model looks very good so far.
Can you post some wireframe and shaded views ? The 'toon views are a little hard to see detail with.
The lips look fine now. I'm not sure if you made any changes or not, but they look good.
I think you might want to focus your attention on her eyes and her jaw.
The eyes need a little refinement - like in the area where the tear ducts are. Her brow seems to to tense right now - almost as if she is angry.
As far as the jaw area, the main problem area that i see is where it meets the neck.
It is looking good so far. Good work:thumbsup:

After looking at your images again, I think the main thing that this model needs, is for the eyes to be moved down, tilted slightly ( right now they slant downwards ) and moved slightly forwards in the side view.
The head does seem a little swollen ( front view )around where the ears are.
Again, looking good though
