Hi folks. I've been lurking here for a while, and have decided to post and shape a bit of work. It's a concept model for a game; A little heavy on the polygons right now (around 4000), as there's ton of room for optimization. I will probably just start over on a new design, however.

Comments and critiques are welcome. I did this with Lightwave 7.5c.

PS: It wasn't intentional, but my background blends perfectly with this board's colors. LOL!

It may me think about the dinosours in transformers,, in some way :) Hehe.. But i like it :D

It made me think of beast wars.

Anyway looks neat though you might want to smoothen dome some of the really sharp edges a bit.

Hey, Fenrir... nice model. I saw your IOTD a while back on the GG board (I think it was you).

Wow, I had forgotten I had posted this here! Glad people are still looking at it. :)

I actually went back and redid the model. I fixed a lot of the issues it had, like the sharp edges, plus I put it on a polygon diet -- Managed to cut it from around 4000 polys to just 2300. I also re-did the UV map, giving more detail in areas that needed it, and plus reskinned it. Here's the latest version:
