View Full Version : DV Video Editing Problem

Hey Everyone hows it goin! :wavey:

Im hoping someone is able to give me a helping hand getting this problem sorted out. Basically I just bought a new computer that consists of the following

Windows XP PRO SP1 (With all updates)
Directx 9.0b
Pentium 3.0ghz HT
MSI 875P Neo 2
1 GB Dual DDR
Leadtek Winfast TV XP delux
Quadro 4 XGL 750
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
40 + 40 + 160 GB HD's
Pioneer 16x DVD
Asus 52x CDrw

Its a long list yes.. but Seemingly as good performance I SHOULD be getting the only problem im having now is that both Premiere 6.5 AND Premiere Pro (7) both play the Audio fast when editing DV video. The captured footage I did myself, and I know that in Media player or in any other player that can play DV, the audio is perfectly synced with the video. But in Premiere, The audio sounds chipmunkish. If I erase the audio track and put in an mp3 file for example, the audio is fine.

I hope this makes sense.. I just cant stand formatting this thing anymore...please help!

-R
