I'm trying to script my own little UI element, where I place the channelbox next to the graph editor, so the channelbox is on the left, just next to the list of animated channels in the graph editor. Thought it might save some screen space, and make for less mouse movement.
I'm having a bit of trouble, organizing the elements next to each other though.
Here is what I have so far:
if(!`scriptedPanelType -exists graphEditor1`)
if (`window -exists myWindow`)deleteUI myWindow;
window -t "My Window" myWindow;
scriptedPanel -e -p myLayout -type graphEditor1 graphEditor1;
It positions the graph editor above the channelbox as expected.
I've tried with both rowColumnLayout, ColumnLayout and rowLayout, but they give me undesired results, where they still say above each other, but clumped together in the corner of the window.
Any suggestions on how I can position these next to each other?
