View Full Version : Help!! How to use MIP node shader in mental ray!

hi guys,

I'm a new fish in CG world. I'm now learning Maya and get some problem with MIP node shader. I can't explain clearly in English so i'll upload the picture. Please help me to solve it.
I'm using "node editor" to make object material. In the resume imagine, i have both real material and CG material. After rendering, CG material (the ball - shadow - refle.....) and real material (environment)become one piece but i need CG material alone. Now, i don't know how to divine them.
