Hello, I am working on a character I want to use for animation. I am currently rigging him, and building the UI. I have a few questions regarding some methods and possibilities.

1: IK Stretch - I thought perhaps I could use a Stretch To constraint on a bone that goes from hip to foot and then copy scale to the leg bones, but that seems to cause issues. How might I go about adding this functionality to the limbs? (Solved: Found Stretch Property)

2: Wrist Twist - What methods might you recommend for having the wrist twist?

3: Flame Thrower - I intend to use Andrew Price's flamethrower tutorial, however, I expect I will be linking this character into other scenes with additional characters. Is there a way to render the effect separate if I go the linking route? If there is a better approach, please let me know.
