I made it with photoshop 7.

it's my first character test with a background, what do you think?

I like this one! You have the talent.

Total eye candy, but not necessarily someone to invite home.:p I especially like the tatoos.

whaouw!! your character is very expressive!! :applause: :applause:

very impressive

This looks realy good. The only thing that bothers me is the hands. They look unfinished. It works well for the feet and left leg but the hands seem too important to leave like that.
At least define the forms a little more.

Thanks for crits, I was looking forward to finish this illustration and I forgot the hand :), I will improve it soon.

Oh well what can I say, my respect to you and really impressed by your work.

STEN

oh thats very nice!

I think its a little over-blur in his hand, esp his left hand, anyway, overally its very impressive and stylish.

You have a lot of talent!

This is really nice just as your past character painting!
One thing though, you could define the knuckles a bit more.
especially the left one.

really great work :)
Nice colors :)

Nice work there. Its nice, but he could be leaning forward a lil more to add more expression. Very good work nonetheless.

11 November 2003, 05:36 AM
Fantastic piece but the lack of definition in his hands compared to the rest of him leaves it feeling unfinished.

11 November 2003, 06:00 AM
nice work, its very aztec warrior like.
I like your other guy on your web site too, the one witht he two weapons in a crouch stance.
nice work overall.

I really like the concept. Get design and layout. How did you do it.?

maybe it's just me but i think the shadows of the skin should e darker , like the ones on the armature, to integrate better. I think the skin looks faded in comparison with the rest of the picture, and un finished.

Quite good work. I must say that i don't like the color choice that much, to much brown for my opinion, but it fits the character. The thing that i dislike the most are the ears, they look like they were attached on with some glue. I used to have this problem as well.

The rest looks pretty fine

This is really fantastic, I love the color palette chosen too. You've done a lovely job on the background, it totally compliments the character.
