Exterior model with 95% white color, HDRI sky and when rendering getting spots on the building, in Physical render its ok, any idea how can I remove these sports in Standard GI render....?

the irradiance cache method has difficulty in correctly resolving the extreme brightness values in the HDRI image. you can try the sky sampler (which, like the indirect illumination method, uses a special sampling that deals with HDRI) or tweak the HDRI (blurring it for instance) so the irradiance cache 'sees' smoother lighting.
