good start so far.
the mouth and the end of the nose are too low. iīd push them back up.
also the ears are very small.
it often helps me to step back to the lowest subd level an fiddle with the big shapes. because detail draws away your attention to the major shapes and masses.
keep it up

Lukas thanks man, i tried to improve some details, but i havent improve the etyes, i'll do as soon as i can, but here i used the displacement map created in mudbox, the specular and the diffuse map, and i kind of like so far what i have
