this is my second game character i have modeled it has 2500 polys any comments or crits would be helpful

Posting a wire would help to crit the topology.
The texture looks as if it needs some gamma / levels correction as the blacks look merely grey, sort of washed out color. (Low saturation is not a problem, but I think you need to balance the neutral).
Hope this helps, looking nice so far.

Pretty cool dude, I'm a background modeler, never had the patience to sit there and texture map an entire character... PROPZ to u thought cool stuff.
