Just completed a project for college. Brief was to model a low poly car in XSI. Below 10,000 polys and no textures,no mapping, etc etc...Any way!
Please let me know what you think. Good or bad.
But remeber Im a beginner...:p

Looks pretty good. Hard to judge from that image though. If you could post a shot of the wire it would help. Good job though.

Great work. Maybe you should try a lighter colour on the car.

Again, the images ain't the clearest so its hard to make many comments. I would say however, that it doesnt look very low poly. I'm not sure how many polys a low-poly car should generally have, i suppose it depends on what its for exactly. But to me this would be more in the mid-poly range. The structure looks pretty good though.

Ill try and post some better images later. Our brief was to make a car with max 10,000 poly´s for a car game. No textures or mapping etc... I reached 9400 polys on this one...but unfortunately I didnt include as much detail as I would have liked.
Things like door handles,grill,lights and other fine details are left out...
Anyway. I appreciate your comments!
Is there a link to your work...if so could you post it or guide me there...qurious!
