General idea for my environment. The structures will have a type of plasma vein system running through them.

Modeling of the structures so far

Hey, I really like your concept! And the city is shaping up nicely. Can't wait to see the final image! :bounce:

Still playing around with the main structures' texture

Hey man, really nice image youve got going there!
Kinda reminds me of AZTEC and INCA ruins....

I dont think that your camera angle does your image justice tho.
I would move the camera down quite a bit, so as 2 get a really extreme "WOW THOSE BUILDINGS ARE HUGE!" effect...

Otherwise, carry on!!

I agree with pyke. You camera angle could be more interesting. I'd love to see a much mroe dynamic overall composition. Nice colours and lighting btw. Loads of mood and atmosphere coming from this image.

I did want the feel of the main structures to be that of some type of ancient ruins since there are ideas floating around that earthly ruins were somehow inspired by visitors. I'll try messing around a bit more with the camera see what comes up, Thanks.

This composition could work if you add something real spectacular to the sky toward the left.. that planet won't do it by itself.

Very cool use of red, laser-type light, it really makes your photo. Cool background and color contrast with red/blue, it fits together very nicely. The surfaces are a little plain, but the composition and layout make up for it. Nice work!
