View Full Version : Request: How to quickly bind a model to an existing Skeleton

Hi there, new to the forum, and new to Maya as well. I was wondering. Say I have a stock skeleton, as well as a humanlike model that would fit over the Skeleton. If the skeleton is already posed and the Model is in a ragdoll pose (With the arms and legs extended for quick modelling and access) Is there any quick way to pose the model in order to fit the skeleton? The model is as one editable mesh, because that is what my project requires. I'm just wondering if I can set a skeleton and a pose to an un-posed un-skeleton'd model.
