Hey all,

I'm trying to setup a simple batch render in XSI.

I was able to follow the xsi wiki and create a batch render shortcut on the desktop that i can drag scene files into and render.

There's two things that would be useful to me.

1. A code for shutting down the PC after all the rendering is done.

2. A way to render multiple scenes one after the other.

Cheers!

Here's a simple batch file for handling multiple .scn files:

To shutdown the PC, try the shutdown command.

Type shutdown in a command prompt for the usage.
Or:

To shutdown a remote computer, you do something like this:

shutdown -m \\computername (file://\computername) -s
