I am getting problem with background render. I assign texture on a plane as a background image which sees through window and use vray mtl. It look good in viewport but in render the background looks shiny and white.http://neeraj89.deviantart.com/art/1-251312162.

It looks like an exposure problem. Did you try lowering the color gain on the fileTexture, or using one of the non-linear color mapping options, or a physical camera?

what I do in these cases is use a Vray light material with a low enough setting/distance that it doesn't affect the image and then make sure to turn on "compensate camera exposure" in the material settings. Then you get a perfectly exposed image plane.

Use an aim constraint and parent to the camera to have the plane work like a Maya image plane.

don't use an SSS for curtains - it's too slow, is a pain to get right because of depth and falloff, and I don't know of any curtains that have SSS anyway. Try simple glossy transparency.
