someone can help me? telling me how i can still working in my files that i've saved. the problem is that i cant edit my model

If you can't edit the model when you re-open the file you most likely have saved the Document, which essentially is nothing more than saving a screenshot. Your 3d model will be lost if you close ZBrush.

To save your 3d model you have to save the tool or the project.
