Hi there.

I'm working on a spider roboter. No i wanna know where i can find textures for roboters.
I was thinking of an old and rusty roboter but also a new and shiny one.
I have the Dosh Design CD "Texture Aging" but these textures are too rusty and old, i think.

Or what should i think? i just know nothing about good textures for roboters :surprised

can anyone advise me?:wavey:

Edit: perhaps like the matrix-roboters or ships... has anyone the textures or can anyone tell me how they look like? :D

Why don't you just make your own textures? You want metals or maybe some other composite materials or futuristic super-polymers or whatever... you need to make them yourself if the textures you have aren't working. Have you tried editing / combining textures in your paint program?

oh, and btw the textures on most of the Matrix bots / mechanics really are quite dirty and fairly rusty. There's a really grungy effect going on there.
